Potatoes are favored not only by Germans and our signature Potato Cake made with Alpine Cheese is simply delicious. 

This ancient vegetable is full of fiber, vitamin B6, and an excellent source of potassium. 

In any event, if the Germans are known for eating lots of "Kartoffeln", they still manage to wear a swimsuit wherever the sun shines. So there must be something good in their way of reveling in a piece of potato cake accompanied by a salad and a glass of dry white wine or beer. 

The cake is delivered at room temperature. It can be enjoyed just as this or  can be re-heated in a pre-heated oven at 350F for about 5-10 min (or can be micro-waved). 

Keep cake refrigerated and eat within 3 days.
