Heidesand is a North German classic - buttery, sandy, and crumbly. From the wide, sandy stretch of the Lüneburger Heide, it’s a traditional German “shortbread” style cookie. Traditionally enjoyed at Christmas and made with browned butter, Heidesand is, in my opinion, a joy all year round.

Choose your flavor: Heidesand Orange, with fresh orange zest, or Heidesand Rosemary, with rosemary and lemon zest.

Or get both in a mixed box - perfect for pre-spring cravings, Easter tables, or thoughtful gifts. These cookies keep for up to six weeks… if you can resist them that long.
