Heidesand is a North German classic - buttery, sandy, and crumbly. From the wide, sandy stretch of the Lüneburger Heide, it’s a traditional German “shortbread” style cookie. Another traditional Christmas Cookie, made with browned butter and freshly grated orange zest or lemon zest with rosemary. Heidesand is, in my opinion, though a cookie to be enjoyed all year round too, so stay tuned via the newsletter for special sales.

Choose your flavor: Heidesand Orange, with fresh orange zest, or Heidesand Rosemary, with rosemary and lemon zest, or made with Marzipan.
