German Quarkstollen Deluxe

This season it’s Quarkstollen season - a Stollen creation developed centuries ago by bakers, reworked and recreated by myself to offer you another authentic Stollen. Made with real Quark, the creamy German dairy loved across Europe, it brings unmatched richness and moisture — another traditional Stollen to share with friends and family at Christmas time.

Quark adds extraordinary moisture and texture, complemented by four other vegetarian fats, including butterfat and Butterschmalz (clarified butter), for a Stollen that stays true to its German roots: yeast-raised, patiently proofed, and authentically made.

Because Quarkstollen can be eaten fresh and is best enjoyed within two weeks, the Stollen will be baked around December 17th and shipped immediately. The Stollen are freezable, whole or sliced, to be enjoyed throughout the season.

The Quark is sourced from a local organic dairy farm in Upstate New York.

For all our Stollen we use organic and high quality ingredients beside some special imported ingredients such as Austrian Rum. And lots of time and love to bake and produce the Stollen.

Allergens: Wheat Flour, Tree Nuts (Almonds), Milk, Yeast, Egg, Rum.
