This Swiss Nusstorte (Nutcake) is a true delight: a buttery shortcrust filled with delicious caramelized walnuts. A cake which will tempt you for another slice..and another slice. Yet the walnuts are rich in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and healthy fats.

It is best to be eaten upon arrival. It lasts for up to 10 days - unless you eat it up fast ;) The cake (or slices) can be frozen too. Thaw at room temperature or in fridge.
